Cycle to Work Scheme
Our Cycle to Work Scheme allows colleagues to purchase a bicycle through payroll and save the tax on the purchase. This promotes healthy living as well as supporting our CSR responsibilities in reducing environmental pollution.
Buy or Sell Annual Leave
Everyone has different personal and family commitments and juggling these alongside work can be a challenge. We offer colleagues the opportunity to Buy or Sell up to one week’s holiday entitlement, supporting colleagues to maximise their work-life balance.
Getting involved in and supporting the local community is one of the ways we can contribute to doing the right thing as an organisation. We have an established Engagement Committee who support us with lots of different events to raise money for each of our chosen charities.
